I planned to create a journal (in terms of updates) every month – however I totally missed February so this will be a March entry (but will include Feb stuff xD).

ORIGAMI

During February, introduced me to origami, and the amazing origamist . With diagrams from Figuer, and demonstrations from Kei, I folded so many stars, roses and hearts! I would have uploaded them but since it was the month of feburary – I gave them all away before I realized I hadn’t even taken a photograph of them! Oh well. Maybe if my boyfriend takes a photo of it and uploads it. (I can’t believe he joined DA).

Things I folded:

-Arabesque stars.
A mini competition about folding the smallest ensued. I was going to fold a 1cm by 1cm one but unfortunately that spirit kinda died. Don’t worry it shall come back one day mwahahaha!
Anyway, I was going to make a deviation featuring the 1cmx1cm one, but you can see the stars that are left in my scraps: [link]

-roses
Way too pretty. I think I folded like 20. Then made chocolates to go with them.

ART TRADE

I totally fell in love with Figuer’s origami. So I asked to do an art trade. The number of hours I spend on a picture = the no of hours he will spend folding origami for me. Check out Figuer’s journal if you want origami too! But he is getting a lot of trades.
